All vehicles are open 4×4 Land Cruisers.
All ages are welcome to participate in game drives, subject to our child policy.
All walks are led by qualified trails guides.
Guests who participate need to understand English and be in good physical condition.
This vehicle fee is collected in cash or via credit card by Timbavati Private Nature Reserve personnel opon arrival at the Timbavati Gate.
Timbavati Reserve conservation levy: R200 per person per night — (subject to change: Valid 1 January 2019 – 31 December 2019).
The conservation levy is collected in cash upon arrival at Shindzela Tented Camp.
The conservation levy may also be pre-paid and added to your invoice.
Please note: Reserve fees are always subject to changes made in this respect by the Timbavati Board.
Guests arriving after 15:00 will miss the afternoon game drive.

There is only one tent suitable for 2 adults sharing with a child younger than 12 years.
The rates includes 2 safari activities per day — a morning game drive or a morning safari walk; and an afternoon game drive into the early evening.

Nelspruit to Shindzela: approximately 3 hours 15 minutes.
Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport to Shindzela: 1 hour 15 minutes.
